A teacher and a teenager are both dead after a shoot-out in which the two exchanged gun fire.

According to reports, Titus Hill, 19, and an accomplice attempted to rob Sean Ellenberger, 39, outside of his friend's home where he and the friend had just installed a new stereo system in Ellenberger's jeep Cherokee around midnight Saturday.

The robbers were armed, and may not have counted on their victims also having a gun, but reports say Ellenberger was a gun enthusiast and as the two reportedly engaged in a running shoot-out both shooters were hit.

Both died hours later.

An arrest has been made of the accomplice, 17-year-old Michael Balkaran, who was charged in the deaths of both Hill and Ellenberger because he allegedly participated in the robbery. He was also charged with the theft of Ellenberger's wallet, cell phone and radar detector.
