Gemini, the two-headed kitten born earlier this month, died Thursday in the town of Glide.
Owner Lee Bluetear says she doesn't know what caused the the death, but she did notice the kitten appeared tired and did not want to eat.
Veterinarians originally said Gemini would live a very long life. The kitten was born with two mouths, two tongues, two noses and four eyes.
Bluetear was optimistic at first, as Gemini appeared strong and was drinking milk.
She was surprised at the amount of attention Gemini received during her short lifespan.
