Two students from the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind have been arrested for making homemade explosives and detonating them at the school. According to Jacksonville, FL's WJXT-TV, the students were videotaped allegedly making the devices, which police said they learned how to do on the Internet.
Police said the two students, Eli Tambling, 20, and Steven Healy, 17, are seen on the video making the devices with items commonly found in the kitchen.
The video allegedly shows Tambling mixing ingredients in a bottle on school grounds and then bashing the bottle to the ground to make it explode.
According to investigators, Healy was recorded making an explosive device, throwing into the air, and watching it explode when it hit the ground.
The student who made the video has not been charged. Tambling and Healy were suspended for five days and face additional charges.
