A police officer didn't believe the story of two men who were seen walking behind a local restaurant that had recently been burglarized in Appleton, Wisconsin. The officer approached the suspects, who claimed they were at the restaurant after hours to fix a toilet.

However, the would-be plumbers were carrying tools of a different sort; channel-lock pilers, a screw driver and a flashlight, among other things.

When asked further, the suspects couldn't give a last name, phone number or address for the person who supposedly requested the repairs.

The suspects, one 19 and the other 18, were brought to Outgamie County Jail Wednesday for possession of tools that can be used for burglary.
