Two mothers were embroiled in a scuffle at a birthday party held at a Chuck E. Cheese, when the birthday son accused another boy of "hogging" an arcade game.

Police reports stated that the sons of Catherine Aliaga, 38, and Tarsha Williams, 33, were fighting over a basketball arcade game at the children's restaurant.

Apparently, Williams' 13-year old son was using the basketball machine for a long time, and Aliaga took offense when the boy refused to let her 9-year old son have a turn.

The incident let to Williams' son pushing the boy, and accused him of "hogging" the game. This led to the mothers standing up for their son, and eventually getting into a word fight that turned ugly.

"Williams lunged at Aliaga, grabbed her, and began to hit her," said Sgt. Paul Thompson.

According to the Metro West Daily News, the fight went from inside the restaurant, to the outside parking lot.

The women, along with their sons, were sent home, and will be summoned to court at a later date.

ShortNews reported that the two women will be accused of simple assault and battery.
