British soccer fans are getting some official help before they travel to Germany for the World Cup.

The U.K. Foreign Office will help teach Englishmen German versions of terrace chants to sing in Berlin, as well as explaining some rules, and giving helpful translations.

According to U.K. publication, the Scotsman, around 100,000 England fans are expected to be in Germany during the month-long championship and up to 40,000 will be in and around each stadium when England play.

A Foreign Office spokesman confirms, "The purpose is that those football fans who wish to learn the English songs in German to sing at the World Cup can do so and the Foreign Office will help them do that."

The Foreign Office will publish key soccer terms like, "schlusspfiff" which means "final whistle," and "linienrichter" which translates as "linesman."
