Celebrity housekeeper Lucyna Turyk-Wawrynowicz, who earlier this summer was indicted after swiping thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and goods from her employers, most notably Robert De Niro's wife, has now been charged again for stealing the identity of a 13-year-old girl. Handcuffed and crying, Turyk-Wawrynowicz was led out of court after Justice Brenda Soloff told her she could post the $50,000 bail as cash or bond. Her next court date was set for Oct. 11.

A Brazilian court will hear a psychic's claim that the U. S. government owes him a $25 million reward for information he claims to have provided on the hiding place of dethroned Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, reports Reuters. Brazil's second-highest court, the Superior Court of Justice, has decided on Thursday that the Brazilian justice system can deliver a verdict on this issue. The court has directed a court in the psychic's home state of Minas Gerais to judge the case.

Thirty people involved in a South Florida marriage fraud rings have been indicted by Immigration officials. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Officials have reportedly found more than 100 people using the fake marriages in order to legally immigrate into the United States.
