Hundreds of hopefuls claiming to be the rightful heir to the English throne have come forward after a nationwide search was launched. Government body English Heritage were astounded by the response to advertisements they placed calling on people to get in touch if they could trace their family tree back to 1066.

Soprano Alison Trainer slept at the Phoenix Hilton Suites between Nov. 20 and Nov. 26, and said she was bitten 150 times and traumatized by the bugs who shared her bed. Trainer has sued Hilton Hotels Corp. for $6 million claiming it was a "horrific" experience that resulted in a fear of sleeping in a bed, caused her to lose weight and affected her physical appearance.
