Hundreds of hopefuls claiming to be the rightful heir to the English throne have come forward after a nationwide search was launched. Government body English Heritage were astounded by the response to advertisements they placed calling on people to get in touch if they could trace their family tree back to 1066.

This is a dream come true for wine lovers as the world's largest bottle of wine, from the land of Aussies, has come to made its way to United States. According to The New York Daily News, the 1,300 pound bottle contains nearly 64 gallons of wine, enough to relieve thirst of half of Long Island. Kim Bullock, the creator of wine said, "I've gotten lots of offers for it, and I've turned down one for $100 000. "

Even staying at a pricey Hilton Hotel and sleeping on luxury linens doesn't guarantee freedom from being bitten by bed bugs. Soprano Alison Trainer slept at the Phoenix Hilton Suites between Nov. 20 and Nov. 26, and said she was bitten 150 times and traumatized by the bugs who shared her bed. Trainer has sued Hilton Hotels Corp. for $6 million claiming it was a "horrific" experience that resulted in a fear of sleeping in a bed, caused her to lose weight and affected her physical appearance.

Holland is experiencing an increase in incoming tourism from the US -- a market that decreased after 9/11. This year will be the first since before 2001 that the country will welcome it's one-millionth visitor from the US. Conrad van Tiggelen, Director, NBTC North America said, "Despite the exchange rate concerns, with the dollar in a renewed slide against the Euro, visitors from the USA are back to the levels of 2000. "
