A 4-year-old boy on a family vacation died Monday afternoon after passing out on a ride at Disney's Epcot Theme Park. Disney officials report the incident happened around 3:30 p. m. on the Mission: SPACE ride. The attraction simulates a launch into space by exerting g-forces on riders.

One borough in the Garden state of New Jersey has taken to extreme measures to ban drinking games. The city of Belmar, New Jersey is going through what some are calling a civil-war of sorts recently between seasonal and annual residents of the small oceanside town -- over drinking games that have been annoying residents.

Dr. Akiva Abraham of Clifton Park, NY is in a heap of trouble with the New York Board for Professional Medical Conduct after being handed down a punishment for having sex in a hospital waiting room and inducing a pregnant patient's labor so he could keep his vacation plans booked. The Board found Dr. Abraham morally unfit to practice medicine as well as guilty of practicing medicine negligently, filing false reports and failing to maintain accurate records.

Authorities in Australia say they have arrested a man armed with a knife trying to lob a burning package toward the Prime Minister's Sydney residence. Prime Minister John Howard is on vacation and was not there when the incident took place. Police has refused to call the incident as terror attack.

A 7-year-old survives after being bitten on the side of his head by a pit bull. Miami police report the boy and a 14-year-old girl went into the back yard of their uncle's home where the dog, who belonged to a friend of the uncle, was being kept.
