An American tycoon who owns a Picasso painting, with an estimated value of $138. 26 million, was forced to pull out of a deal to sell the painting after he punched a hole through it with his elbow. According to BBC, Steve Wynn was showing his guests "Le Reve" (The Dream) in his office in Las Vegas when he accidentally hit the painting with his elbow.

Some states have legalized it for medicinal purposes, some allow small amounts to be used by those 21 years and older but Nevada may be the first to regulate and tax the sale of marijuana, if a new bill passes. The Committee to Regulate and Control Marijuana have been working to decriminalize laws nationwide and push the right to use the drug for medicinal purposes. Now Nevada voters will decided if legalizing and taxing the drug will put drug dealers out of business and rake in $28. 6 million, as the committee stated.

Artist Picasso's famous "Dream" painting was poked with a hole the size of silver dollar by Las Vegas casino magnate Steve Wynn. He had accidentally elbowed the multimillion dollar canvas. Wynn had just sold the painting for $139 million to another collector when the incident occurred while he was showing the painting to friends at his Las Vegas office.

Putting grocery items in a bag is surely an art, now Las Vegas is holding the National Grocers Association's Best Bagger Contest to separate the stars from the fans. One of the potential participants of the contest, Lori Engel, an assistant manager at the Waterford Pick 'n' Save store in Wisconsin, has been bagging items for years and is ready to compete.

Nevada's Clark County School District may be some 400 teachers short this year, but it did add to its coffers thanks to the generosity of a Las Vegas strip club. Scores Las Vegas raised $2,500 for the district by holding an event called "Detention," in which strippers were dressed as teachers, schoolgirls and librarians. An advertisement said, "It's back to school time and you know what that means. Detention for everyone who has been bad!"
