A man claiming to be a friend of Vice President Joseph Biden's daughter Ashley, is shopping around a video of the 27-year-old snorting cocaine at a party in Wilmington, Del., according to various media outlets.

The seller and his attorney said the video was shot this year. They are trying to get $250,000 for it, according to the New York Post and RadarOnline.

Both the Post and Radar reporters watched segments of the video, and they said a woman identical to Ashley Biden is seen in it snorting a white powdery substance with a red straw in one instance and with a rolled up dollar bill in another. The woman later jokes the lines of powder aren't large enough.

The Post said in its article on the incident that it refused to pay to look at the video. The man who shot it, who claims to be an attorney, said Ashley Biden was aware she was being taped. The lawyers told the Post it did appear the woman in the video knew she was being recorded because she acknowledges the camera and waved at it several times in portions not shown to the newspaper.

The New York Post reported an American media company and a foreign company each offered the shooter $250,000 for the video.
