Police are hunting down a man suspected of reprogramming a gas station ATM to dispense four times more money than it should. Surveillance video showed a man using the gas station ATM machine and entering a series of numbers that apparently broke into the machine's security code.

The US Army has denied a proposal to develop a military theme park on a Virginia Army base - a few miles from the nation's capital.
