Most beer lovers like to consume it chilled but a restaurant in Alexandria, Virginia is serving it in a frozen form and its visitors love it. Rustico Restaurant is selling frozen treats in flavors such as "Raspbeer-y" and "Fudgesicle" to adults only. The new beer on a stick similar to a Popsicle costs $4 for a 6-ounce size and $6 for a larger "beer cone. "

A 2-pound kitten was finally rescued from a storm drain in West Virginia, with the help of two fire trucks, five firefighters, several animal rescuers and about 250 gallons of water. Firefighters tried coaxing it out with food and encouraging words. They also tried flashing lights and banging tools on the pipe to scare the kitten out, reported CNN.

Nearly 50 cats were rescued Thursday from a one-story house in Martinsburg, West Virginia, which was filled with feces that in some areas were half a foot deep. Animal control officers wearing protective suits and air packs also found two dead kittens in the huge piles of feces. According to the rescue team, some cat feces were about 3 feet wide while in other areas the feces was 3 inches to 6 inches deep.

A 37-year-old man from Altizer, West Virginia surprisingly slept through for four hours even when a small-caliber bullet struck his head Sunday morning. Michael Lusher slept peacefully in his mobile home without noticing any pain or sensation from his wound, until he awoke nearly four hours later and noticed blood coming from his head.
