Legless Man Scratches Car In Walmart Handicapped Parking Space
A 71-year-old man with no legs took justice into his own hands, keying a car parked in a Walmart SuperCenter parking lot, because he thought the owner was abusing the parking privilege. A Walmart surveillance tape caught Keith Brian Berry exiting his van in a motorized wheelchair and crossing the parking lot to scratch the Nissan from front to back on the driver's side.

Man Bitten By Rattler In Wal-Mart Sues
A man bitten by a pygmy rattle snake last year in a Wal-Mart store in Pembroke Pines, Fla. is suing the retail giant for negligence. The snake bit Hollywood, Fla. resident Jay Richitelli, 42, on July 6 when he was shopping in the lawn and garden section of the store.
Roof Sagging Under Snow Load Declared Safe
This week's winter storms dumped a load of snow and ice on the roof of a Wal-Mart super center in Branson, MO, that caused the roof to sag, forcing the evacuation and closure of the store. Store employees noticed the sagging roof and evacuated the store around noon on Thursday.
