A man is arrested while leaving his chiropractor, after he is profiled on the television program, "America's Most Wanted." A friend of his doctor tipped the chiropractor off after seeing the "Wanted" episode.
Ronald Young was wanted for questioning in connection with a 1996 fatal car bombing in Tucson, Arizona. Police say he is also a con artist who used his charm to befriend women and wealthy clients that he defrauded of money. Young is also wanted for forgery in Colorado.
According to investigators, Dr. Troy Godsey, Young's chiropractor, was tipped off by a friend who watched the television show and saw a story about Young.
Godsey called the show's hot line and reported his knowledge of Young's whereabouts, after seeing a picture of the suspect on the show's Web site.
Godsey told investigators Young usually came in for treatment between 4 and 5 p.m. Local police and federal marshals staked out Godsey's office Monday, and after Young kept his appointment with the chiropractor, agents arrested him.
Investigators report Young was carrying a loaded gun and credit cards with the name Kelly Young when captured.
Young is in federal custody and is awaiting extradition to Arizona.
