Former NBA star Dennis Rodman has been accused of missing a court appearance on speeding and reckless driving charges. A warrant for his arrest has been issued in connection with the matter.

Rodman was charged after he was clocked allegedly going 98 mph on Interstate 70, on July 26, near Frisco. Rodman was taking part in the 3,000-mile Bullrun USA 2005 charity auto rally at the time.

Rodman's agent says there apparently was a misunderstanding with Rodman's sponsor in the race, who had agreed to pay off Rodman's tickets.
