Smoking Hookah Still Not Good

Hookah smoking, the latest alternative habit to cigarette smoking, is found to be more harmful users' health then originally thought. A new study in the November issue of the Journal of Periodontology finds hookah smoking is just as bad, and in some cases worse, than cigarette smoking for users' teeth.

Police Detain 320 People For Sorcery

Police in Papua New Guinea detain 320 people for performing sorcery and belonging to religious cults. Belief in witchcraft is common in the mountainous South Pacific island. Police raided three villages Monday near the city of Lae, on the northern coast, and detained leaders of a "cargo cult" and their followers.
