A Chinese performance artist makes an appearance in city court, after wading naked into the rapids above Niagara Falls as part of a stunt gone wrong. He Yun Chang, 38, of Beijing is charged with disorderly conduct and exposing himself in public, both violations, after being arrested by Niagara Park Police Saturday afternoon.

Two women had an unexpected guest arrive during their picnic by the lake. An alligator decided their spicy chicken was just what it was craving. Two women say they were eating by Lake Alice on the University of Florida campus with their children, when the gator splashed out of the water and took their lunch: spicy chicken.

S. troops, but critics are now calling it a PR move, after it is revealed the questions President Bush asked on a teleconference call Thursday were choreographed to coincide with his goals for the war, and Saturday's vote on a new Iraqi constitution. Allison Barber, deputy assistant defense secretary said, coaching the soldiers before Bush arrived, "This is an important time. The president is looking forward to having just a conversation with you. "
