Celebrity housekeeper Lucyna Turyk-Wawrynowicz, who earlier this summer was indicted after swiping thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and goods from her employers, most notably Robert De Niro's wife, has now been charged again for stealing the identity of a 13-year-old girl. Handcuffed and crying, Turyk-Wawrynowicz was led out of court after Justice Brenda Soloff told her she could post the $50,000 bail as cash or bond. Her next court date was set for Oct. 11.

A lawsuit filed by a man who needed a liver transplant after he got hepatitis A from a Chi-Chi's restaurant reaches a settlement for $6. 25 million. A federal judge approves a $4. 1 million trust to pay for the ongoing care of Richard Miller, 58. The rest of the money will go to Miller's wife, Linda, and their three children, to his attorneys, or to pay for medical expenses Miller already incurred.

A British man sinks his $200,000 yacht in southwest England rather than let his estranged wife sell it, according to AP report. The final straw in the couple's bitter break up came when ex-wife, Tracey Bridgewood, advertised the yacht in a local newspaper, saying she wanted a quick sale and was prepared to let the yacht go for $72,000.
