Italian architect David Fisher said Tuesday he plans to build a third rotating tower in New York. The first two under construction would soon rise in Dubai and Moscow. Fisher disclosed he was inspired to build one while atop a friend's apartment in Manhattan as he imagined a structure which would permit New Yorkers and their visitors a view of the East River and the Hudson River.

To prepare for his ascent, Fournier was breathing compressed oxygen and wore a space suit. The ascent would have taken 120 minutes and the descent only a quarter of an hour.

Local authorities arrested three men who made an instructional video about how to "scam" fast food restaurants into giving free food. The three men, 32-year-old Robert Echeverria and 18-year-olds Ian Anthony Roman and Brian Fawcett reportedly made a home video, entitled "How To Scam Del Taco," where they show the process of making a Rialto Del Taco restaurant hand over free food - in this case, seven tacos, a large order of fries, two quesadillas with extra chicken, and two sodas.

British policewomen are protesting their newly regulation trousers since they claim they make their bums look bigger. Scores of female cops aired their complaint before to trade magazine Police Review saying they prefer to don trousers adding they look better in them.
