A 73-year old woman rammed her car straight through Tina's Hair Pro's window Wednesday, according to police officials of Soldotna, Alaska. Driver Della Miller explained she lost control of her 2006 GMC Envoy while driving through snow-covered pavement and crashed into the front window of the salon she was heading to for a hair appointment. The collision resulted in two broken plate-glass windows, damaged walls and the salon's stone-work front, and some broken heating pipes.

A tourist died when a woman drove through the front window of a Chinese restaurant in the Queensland town of Longreach. According to an eyewitness, the woman was just "straightening up her park" when she accidentally went through the window of the Happy Valley Chinese restaurant on Eagle Street. The 50-year-old woman sitting next to the window was killed and her 55-year-old husband was injured as a result of the incident.

After refusing to scrub her partner's dirty shoes, a 32-year-old-woman died after she was thrown-out of the window by her Egyptian husband, Monday. Liberty Post reported that the cadaver of the woman was found next to a tower block in the city of El Mahalla el Kubra to the north of Cairo.

It was supposed to be the centrepiece of a display at a Norwich art gallery but local police has to turn the bronze Buddha statue with a banana and two eggs on its lap around after the sculpture was declared to be offensive. The Daily Telegraph reported that the gallery also features Christ crucified on the back of a flying bomber and Hindu god Ganesh sitting beneath a Nazi helmet, but only the Buddha has been deemed offensive.

Two men from Hattiesburg, Mississippi have been arrested for stealing a mannequin and the red and orange Budweiser shorts it was wearing. According to Hattiesburg police, two men are believed to have broken a store window at JMH Graphics, 121 West Pine St. on Friday. The store authorities reported the loss and also the tag number.
