A 34-year-old "Panty Burglar" from Denver, Colorado was charged Monday for breaking into several homes in northwest Denver and stealing women's undergarments, pictures and other personal belongings. Carlos Vigil was charged with seven counts of second-degree burglary in three separate cases. He sneaked into the houses through open windows and doggie doors.

The police had an easy time finding a suspect involved in the theft of handguns from a Wasilla home when the woman whose home was burglarized found the suspect in her home's garage, wearing her sweatshirt. Lisa Siepert, 38 on Sunday called the police to report that a stranger broke into her home and removed two handguns, food and alcohol. Upon searching the garage, she found an unknown man sitting inside her neighbor's vehicle.

Several car owners in Chicago's Printer's Row neighborhood were left frustrated on Tuesday when they discovered large spray-painted smiley faces on their vehicles. The cars that received "smiling" makeovers included one belonging to Red Clark, who found his Chevy Lumina covered in a decorative zig-zag pattern with its hood adorned with a giant smiley face.

Prompted by the loud noises, the neighbors of Worshippers of Christ the Warrior King Church in Massillon, Ohio have petitioned the city, saying the church music is taking away their sleep. Not only are the neighbors disturbed by the noises but they also want to find a solution to the noise at night when the members are leaving the church.
