A 51-year-old man is arrested Wednesday for using his cell phone to take pictures up women's skirts at a local area Wal-Mart store. According to police, a store security camera caught Darrol Jones Jr. taking pictures of a 19-year-old woman. Upon his arrest, police found the pictures of several women stored in his phone.

Rose Mary Cook received a shock when she opened a water bill for $74,000. The city's utility department claimed Cook used 10 million gallons of water last month, charging her $29,787 for water, $43,581 for sewer, plus $893 for municipal tax, according to AP.

Police discovered 300 cats, a third of which were dead, in the Virginia home of an elderly woman after neighbors complained of a stench coming from the house. The house, less than a mile from late President George Washington's historic Mount Vernon estate, looks neat from the outside with manicured lawns and bright flowers, but inside it was overflowing with wild cats, feces and urine.
