A survey states that more than half of women develop a 'disordered way of eating' when they hit 40.
Top Sante magazine conducted the survey, and they found that 6 out of 10 women over 40 are not concerned about issues regarding their weight. More than that, 3.5 of 10 dislike or hate their bodies and 7 out of 10 said they would prefer to go back to their figures before they added on the weight.
The Mirror states women in their 40's tend to go into an "improper diet" typically characterized by skipping breakfast, having a muffin and coffee for lunch or wine and chocolates for dinner as a way of battling the bulge, despite enjoying the treats
