Louise Brown, the first test-tube baby, celebrated her 30th birthday on Friday.

Despite being well known, Brown just wants to live a modest life.

Brown lives in southwest England, is married with an 18-month-old son.

Brown's birth introduced in vitro fertilization (IVF) and provided an opportunity to millions of childless couples to use the technique to have their own siblings.

The event led scientists to predict there would be no more childless couples due to the use of the advanced IVF technology. They said the use of IVF would make it possible for any woman to have a child, even she is 100-years-old.

Since Brown's birth in 1978, four million babies around the globe have been born via IVF.
