An x-ray revealed nine golf balls in a dog's stomach after it's worried owners took it to see the veterinarian.
Mark and Michelle Jewell took their dog, Bertie, to the vet after they noticed he was walking strangely.
Their vet, John Matthews, examined the dog and immeadiately noticed something was wrong in the pooch's stomach, England's the Daily Telegraph reported.
In an almost two-hour surgery, the vet removed the nine golf balls from Bertie's stomach.
While in surgery, the vets also found and removed a bullet that was lodged in the fat around the dog's stomach.
Bertie's owners were unaware that he had ever been shot, as he never acted hurt.
The pooch is scheduled to have his stiches removed next week.
