Bus passengers in Israel's second largest city are learning to relax while on their way to work. The initiative is taken by Miri Harovi, a 21-year veteran yoga teacher, who guides passengers to perform a set of relaxation exercises while sitting. According to reports, the passengers perform breathing exercises and those which involve movement of upper body parts as Harovi directs them through a microphone.

Three year-old German Shepherd, Hritik, has reportedly taken up a yoga class in India. His trainer in Ranchi, located in the state of Mumbai, is keeping a close eye on the dog as he practices the traditional exercises. Nanda Dulal told the Mumbai Mirror, "He was weak when he was born. We took special care of him and he gradually became strong after his yoga lessons. He started imitating me two years ago, and now sits beside me when I perform yoga. He follows my asanas [yoga techniques] including my breathing.

In order to keep their soldiers in top shape, India has turned to a popular trend, or rather an ancient tradition - yoga - to make sure their men and women are in fighting form. Despite popular belief that yoga is for meditation and finding inner peace, the stretches it requires provide excellent exercise - especially on remote mountaintops where even the shortest of runs can leave the physically fit gasping for oxygen.

Angry, frustrated customers at a Filipino restaurant in the city of Gerona are getting their chance to use an unusual outlet to express their anger. At $. 30 a plate, frustrated patrons are getting the chance to work out their stress in different type of anger management - by throwing the plates at the "wall of fury" inside the restaurant.
